The optical scale is an instrument of great importance for measuring high precision linear movements.
The principle of operation is similar to that of the encoder.
On an element it is deposited through photo-engraving, a constant-step chrome mesh. A reading head generates impulses through optical reading of the chrome mesh. The photo-engraving technology of the chrome mesh allows for high and precise reading resolutions. CR80 is a rack measuring system that is realized in segments of 200 mm later assembled on the steel structure with dedicated profile. Calibration and alignment are guaranteed with the support of a laser interferometer with compensation of environmental parameters. Inside a mini encoder is assembled directly the precision pinion, whose perfect mechanical coupling with the rack determines the reading of the space that is detected and, around the electronics, made with high-integration components, transformed into a digital signal.
CR80 is relayed in monoelements at step of 100 mm until the useful reading run of 3,400 mm, it is expandable without running limits through modular elements assembled with joints that ensure continuity of step.
OTK2 comes from the consolidated experience obtained with the OT90 system. It results in a more reliable translation, with high precision quality and superior mounting tolerances that facilitate the application to less experienced personnel and in environments other than precision
The OTK2 system confirms the performance obtained with the technology of reading on photodeposited chrome mesh on a crystal support improving the mechanics of the reading head, made independent of the drag support and equipped with ball bearings that guide its flow on the crystal. It is realized
in two models of different section: standard version: "OTK2"
can have useful runs from 70 to 3120 mmreduced version: "OTK2.SR" for
its fixing features has useful runs from 70 to 520 mm.
STK2 is diversified for the type of support used: stainless steel. Applied to photo-engraving technology, it realizes a measuring system by placing on the required precision standards, using ball bearing bearing-guided reading heads that guarantee its reliability. STK2 stands out for its decisively superior strength and for the possibility of making races without limits of length, expanding the possibilities of use in the most varied fields of application.Also, the STK2 system is made in two models of different section: standard version: "STK2" consists of useful races in single module up to 4000 mm and with modular modules without restrictions of running; it has a double seal to preserve the system from dirt and liquids coming from the outside.
Reduced version: "STK2.SR" allows maximum useful runs up to 700 mm extendable with the use of slides dedicated to fastening on the top of the line.
The NCK2 (TTL) optical scale with glass measuring support is particularly suitable for CNC machine tools.It can have resolutions up to 10 nm and a class of accuracy up to ± 1 μm.Its seals are of an inexhaustible type, along the transducer's sliding side and attached to the two side ends.Innovative device within the line for the disposal of liquids from non-efficient filtration systems.The special seals and the device for the disposal of liquids provide excellent protection of the reticulum from the refrigerant liquids often used for the processing of the parts.
